Bayern Munich have enquired to PSG regarding Bradley Barcola’s (22) exit terms, according to a report this Sunday from L’Equipe. The Bundesliga giants are in the market for attacking reinforcements following their failure to sign Germany international Florian Wirtz, whose €136m transfer to Liverpool has been confirmed on Friday. Bayern Munich are also losing the race to Athletic Club winger Nico Williams.
The Rekordmeister cooled their interest in Williams as it transpired the Spain international’s preference was to sign for FC Barcelona. L’Equipe understands that Bayern Munich have reignited their interest in Williams by offering him a last-minute contractual offer worth €12m per annum, including €2m in bonuses.
Should they fail to snatch William from Barcelona’s reach, Bayern Munich have explored several options, including Barcola. The France international left-winger has seen his game time dwindle following the €70m signing of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who proved an instant hit for Les Parisiens. However, signing Barcola looks like an “almost impossible” task, according to L’Equipe.
