Barcelona star ready to reject all summer offers for his signature | OneFootball

A member of the defensive ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona has made the call to reject any and all summer proposals for his services.

That’s according to Cadena SER, who highlight Andreas Christensen as the player in question.

The subject of stopper Christensen’s future has of course proven a prominent one in the headlines in Catalunya’s capital over the last week.

This comes after Barcelona sporting director Deco confirmed during an interview with La Vanguardia that the club are planning to part with at least one of their group of senior central defenders with a view to next season.

With just a year remaining on his contract terms, and fresh off an injury-ravaged campaign in 2024/25, Christensen, in turn, was quickly singled out as the odd man out in the media.

As alluded to above, however, if the Dane himself has his way, then he will be going nowhere this summer.

As per a report from SER,

‘The Danish center-back has one year left on his contract and his idea is to fulfill it. Christensen intends to work to get more minutes, according to sources close to the player.’
