La Liga giants Barcelona are in line to secure a financial boost ahead of the summer transfer window.
This comes amid confirmation on the part of transfer insider Fabrizio Romano that Serie A outfit Como intend to trigger their purchase option for Álex Valle.
Defender Valle has for his part spent the season to date plying his trade across a pair of loan stints.
The first came with Scottish heavyweights Celtic, before the 20-year-old cut short his time in Glasgow to link up with the aforementioned Como in January.
And those behind the scenes at the latter have evidently since been impressed by what they have seen from Valle.
The Spaniard, it is understood, has already established himself as a ‘key part’ of the long-term plans of manager Cesc Fàbregas.
So much so that:
‘Como are set to trigger their €6m release clause for Álex Valle to sign him on a permanent deal from Barcelona. Intention and plans clear on club side as they’re set to offer Valle a long-term deal.’
