Barcelona register two youngsters for new La Liga season | OneFootball

La Liga giants Barcelona have this week registered two of their most highly-regarded young players for the first half of the new La Liga campaign.

As much was revealed across social media on Wednesday afternoon, and points towards Fermín López and Alejandro Balde as being the pair in question.

The subject of player registrations has of course positioned itself front and centre in the chatter surrounding Barcelona once more this summer.

This comes with the Blaugrana’s delicate financial situation having seen it widely reported that important members of new boss Hansi Flick’s squad could yet be left out in the cold for the opening half of the term.

In the case of players not being registered with La Liga, they cannot feature for the club for the time period outlined.

In certain scenarios, though, as much can be seen as beneficial, in helping to manoeuvre bloated wage bills.

Whilst some members of Barcelona’s ranks may yet be forced to face up to as much later in the summer, however, two players who will not come in the form of Fermín López and Alejandro Balde.

As showcased below, the two La Masia graduates can now be seen on Barcelona’s official squad list for the 2024/25 campaign on La Liga’s website.

This means that both have been registered to play in Spain’s top-flight.
