Atalanta executive Luca Percassi speaks out before Roma clash | OneFootball

Just prior to kick-off between Atalanta and Roma, La Dea executive Luca Percassi shared his thoughts about the pivotal encounter with DAZN.

The two sides enter tonight’s showdown level with 60 points—however, Atalanta have a match in-hand, putting the pressure on Roma this evening.

“What would my pre-match speech to the team be? This is where the coach excels,” stated Percassi.

“Our guiding principle is to have no regrets. Every match is important, but given how we’ve played this season, we’ve earned the right to play in this upcoming stretch of games.”

Finally, Percassi was asked to address Daniele De Rossi’s comments regarding his side’s rescheduled match versus Fiorentina.

“We all know the reasons for why our match was rescheduled,” he explained.

“There’s no available alternatives for when the game is played. Just look at the facts objectively, today is our 51st game of the season: that says it all.”
