The latest social media activity on the part of Real Madrid starlet Arda Güler has turned heads across the club’s fanbase.

This comes after the Turk sent a heartfelt message of gratitude to departing teammate Toni Kroos.

The name of midfielder Kroos has of course dominated the headlines in Spain’s capital over the course of the last 24 hours.

As much comes after the 34-year-old shocked the masses, in announcing his intention to hang up his boots following the upcoming European Championships.

Messages of tribute and well-wishes have since poured in from across the football landscape, on the part of fans, the media, and players present and past.

And, as alluded to above, such individuals have been joined by a fellow member of Carlo Ancelotti’s squad in Madrid.

Taking to his official Instagram account, the aforementioned Arda Güler unveiled a touching tribute to his soon-to-be former teammate, for all that he has done ‘for me, for Madrid and for the game’:
