Antoine Griezmann's association with PUMA ended last season, and the Atlético de Madrid forward has now signed a surprising new boot deal with French company Decathlon.
Griezmann had been wearing blacked out boots in recent matches - a sure-fire sign that a player is about to sign with a new company.
And the France international will now become the new face of Decathlon, with those blacked out boots actually being their KIPSTA CLRs, which he has worn since the beginning of this season.
Decathlon has been making major moves in football recently. They are the manufacturers of the Ligue 1 ball this season, as well as providing the ball for UEFA Europa League and Conference League.
Griezmann is arguably their biggest signing yet, however, and the 33-year-old will reportedly also play a creative role in the brand’s design process, collaborating on new drops.
