La Gazzetta dello Sport reports Massimiliano Allegri’s rules for the Milan pre-season, including two training sessions each day and mandatory breakfast and dinner at Milanello.
Milan will start preparation for the 2025-26 campaign on Monday, July 7, the same day as Genoa and before any other Serie A club.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Milan had previously scheduled to start the pre-season on July 10 or 11, but Allegri decided to begin earlier to have more time available to work with his players.
According to the report, almost all players will be present at Milanello on July 7, including Rafael Leao.
Three days before, on July 4, Milan players will undergo medical tests before the start of training sessions.

Those who finished the season on international duty in June won’t be given extra days off. The only exceptions are Santiago Gimenez, who is still involved in games with Mexico, and Luka Modric, who is playing with Real Madrid in the Club World Cup.
The first part of Milan’s pre-season will take place at Milanello, with the first daily training session scheduled for 9:30 a.m. and a second one at 6:00 p.m. local time.
Players will be strongly advised to remain at Milanello overnight and not return home after dinner, which will be mandatory at the club’s training ground, just as breakfast is in the morning.
The second part of Milan’s pre-season will unfold in Asia, meeting Arsenal in Singapore on July 23, Liverpool in Hong Kong on July 26, and Perth Glory in Perth (Australia) on July 31.
