FULL-TIME: GERMANY 2-0 POLAND

After a scoreless first-half, Germany showed their class in a dominant second-half display against Poland.

However, the nine-time EUROs champions were certainly tested by a Poland side who are the lowest ranked team in the tournament.


The match heads into stoppage time with four minutes added on.

Pajor's header forces a stunning reaction save from Berger.

Poland took six first-half shots to Germany's nine, despite having just 32% possession.


HALF-TIME: GERMANY 0-0 POLAND

Poland threatened the heavily-favoured Germans in transition throughout the first-half.

However, Germany seemed to regain momentum with several dangerous chances just before the break.


German captain Giulia Gwinn has been forced off with an injury sustained in her goal-preventing tackle. She has been replaced by Carlotta Wamser.


CHANCE FOR POLAND

Ewa Pajor is denied by a well-timed slide tackle from Giulia Gwinn.


Moments later, Poland gave the Germans a scare in transition but were ruled offside following two missed chances.


CHANCE FOR SWEDEN

Jule Brand finds a gap in Poland's defense and forces a near-post save from Ann-Katrin Berger.


While the Germans have dominated possession and chances in the first 15 minutes, Poland have looked energetic from opening whistle.

FULL-TIME: SWEDEN 1-0 DENMARK

After a strong second-half performance, Sweden defeat Denmark to go top of Group C.

However, the Swedes will be hoping to improve their play in the final-third as the tournament progresses.


The match heads into stoppage time with Sweden nine minutes away from a narrow 1-0 victory.


CHANCE FOR DENMARK

Pernille Harder's stunning strike from just outside of the area is denied by the crossbar.


Both sides begin to make chances as Sweden continue their second-half dominance.

Stina Blackstenius' tap-in is denied by a sliding goal-line clearance from Frederikke Thøgersen.


GOAL FOR SWEDEN

Filippa Angeldal opens the scoring with a composed finish into the bottom-left corner, assisted by Kosovare Asllani.

HALF-TIME: SWEDEN 0-0 DENMARK

There were nine first-half corners, but just one shot on target between the two sides in a tight opening 45 minutes.


CHANCE FOR SWEDEN

Filippa Angeldal fires a free-kick towards the top-left corner, forcing an excellent diving save from the Danish goalkeeper.


Crosses and set-pieces seem to be the preferred method of attack for both teams.

But the match remains scoreless after 25 minutes played.

We're up and running as Sweden get Group C underway.

Denmark head coach Andrée Jeglertz will be hoping for a surprise result against Sweden, particularly as this will be his final tournament in charge of Denmark.


Sweden and Denmark met just a month ago in the UEFA Women's Nations League with the Swedes coming away with a dominant 6-1 victory.
