Noni Madueke had a solid season at Chelsea, building on his first 18 months and becoming an important player for Enzo Maresca.
There are still doubts about his future though – as recently as yesterday morning he was being linked with moves away. Newcastle and AC Milan are reportedly interested, and Chelsea reportedly interested in selling.

All he can do now is keep performing, and he did so with England last night, where he grabbed an assist in a drab showing against Andorra.
More than setting up a goal, what will really matter for him is getting praise from new manager Thomas Tuchel, who hailed his man of the match:
“I could feel his hunger and the desire and determination to do the plan. He was one of the few who met the expectations,” the former Chelsea coach said.
Madueke was given the man of the match award and asked about how he felt about his own performance along with that of his team:
“We haven’t lost yet, we haven’t conceded yet [under Tuchel]. There’s grounds for optimism. Today wasn’t as everyone would have hoped in terms of the scoreline, but we won the game,” the winger said.
“My job is to create and score goals. I was able to create one today so I’m pleased. [Tuchel] is very intense. very clear with what he wants. He has high standards. He doesn’t allow anyone to drop under them. That’s the kind of coach that will benefit England.
“We’re not stupid, we know the scoreline isn’t the one we wanted to have. I thought there were good parts of the performance. It’s not all doom and gloom. There are positives to take.”
