Lazio striker Taty Castellanos has reportedly attracted the interest of a host of suitors between the English Premier League and Spanish La Liga.
The 26-year-old joined the Biancocelesti in the summer of 2023. He initially served as an understudy for Ciro Immobile, before becoming the club’s first-choice centre-forward when Igor Tudor replaced Maurizio Sarri in March 2024.
This season, the Argentinian has consolidated his status as a key player, with Marco Baroni’s side struggling for goals whenever he’s absent. He has thus far scored 14 strikes and produced eight assists in all competitions.

According to La Lazio Siamo Noi, Castellanos’ impressive displays this season have earned him several suitors across Europe, especially among clubs that are keen to bolster their attacking ranks.
The source names Real Betis and Villarreal as keen admirers. The two Spanish clubs are currently vying for a spot in the Champions League next season, and whoever prevails would have the means to launch an onslaught.
The report also identifies three Premier League clubs that are keeping tabs on the former Girona man. The first is Wolverhampton who are about to sell Matheus Cunha to Manchester United for £62.5 million. Wolves will thus reinvest a portion of the transfer fee in a new striker, and they could decide to submit an offer for Castellanos.
West Ham United are also on the lookout for a new bomber to pair with Evan Ferguson, especially after losing Michail Antonio to injury and with Niclas Fullkrug potentially leaving. Finally, Nottingham Forest has also been identified as a potential destination.
As the source explains, Lazio haven’t placed Castellanos on the market, but like any other player, he’s not considered ‘unsellable’. Hence, the management would be willing to consider offers in the region of €30-35 million.
