West Ham confirm permanent deal for Todibo | OneFootball

Jean-Clair Todibo will permanently join West Ham after a season on loan - the Hammers also announcing the departures of Evan Ferguson and Carlos Soler.

Signed on loan from Nice last summer, Todibo was set to stay with the Hammers as per the initial clauses in his contract. The exact figures have not been officially confirmed, but the purchase option was for £42 million.

Despite struggling with physical issues throughout the season, Todibo still managed to play in 29 matches for West Ham and established himself as a starting option for the Londoners when he was fit.

Irish forward Ferguson returns to Brighton after an underwhelming loan spell, while Soler's time in east London also comes to an end - the midfielder returning to his parent club Paris Saint-Germain.
