West Ham and England teenager Princess Ademiluyi is set to join National Women’s Soccer League side Gotham FC.
The BBC have reported that the Women’s Super League side will receive a fee for the 19-year-old striker.
It comes just one year after she signed her first professional contract with the Hammers.
Princess Ademiluyi is a 19-year-old striker who has come through the academy at West Ham.
She joined the club at the age of 12 and notably impressed for the U21 side during the 2022-23 season, scoring eight goals in 14 appearances.
Ademiluyi made her senior debut for the Hammers as a substitute during a 1-0 defeat to Brighton in May 2023.
After struggling for starts at West Ham, she was loaned out to Charlton for the start of the 2024-25 season, before being recalled in January 2025.
Ademiluyi, who made six substitute appearances for Hammers last season, has struggled for goals at club level.
However, she has shown her clear potential playing for England’s U19 side in recemt months.
She netted four goals, including a 13-minute hat-trick in a 10-0 victory over Ukraine in April.
Ademiluyi was then called up for the Women’s U19 Championship, where she scored during their opening goal of the tournament against the Netherlands. England would go on to crash out of the tournament in a difficult group which also included Spain and Portugal.
If Ademiluyi seals her move to Gotham FC, she will join England star Jess Carter.
Carter played a huge part for England as they successfully retained their European Championship at Euro 2025.
The defender was subject to racial abuse during the tournament, which forced her to take a step back from social media.
On Thursday, police confirmed that a 59-year-old man in Lancashire had been arrested in connection to the abuse suffered by Carter.
Other notable players at Gotham FC include Euro 2025 Golden Boot winner Esther Gonzalez, Germany goalkeeper Ann-Katrin Berger and experienced American international Rose Lavelle.
Switzerland international Leila Wandeler recently became Rehanne Skinner’s fourth signing of the summer transfer window.
The Hammers have also signed forward Ffion Morgan from Bristol City, defender Yu Endo from Urawa Red Diamonds and midfielder Sarah Brasero from Estoril.
West Ham will start their season on Sunday, September 7th, against London rivals Tottenham.
They also face Arsenal, Brighton and Chelsea during the opening month of the new WSL season.
