West Ham United have reportedly agreed personal terms with Corinthians striker Yuri Alberto ahead of a potential summer transfer.
The talented 24-year-old has long been on the radar of West Ham and other Premier League clubs after impressing in his native Brazil.
And now latest reports suggest West Ham have stepped up their interest and already agreed personal terms with Alberto for the summer.
This looks like exciting business by the Hammers, who urgently need a new striker, as well as numerous other signings, after a poor season in the Premier League.
Graham Potter will no doubt be pushing for changes to be made to this group of players that he inherited from Julen Lopetegui.

West Ham have long found the striker position a problematic one, having made a series of poor signings in that area in recent times.
Big names like Gianluca Scamacca and Niclas Fullkrug initially looked like promising additions up front, but ended up flopping at the London Stadium.
WHUFC will hope the Alberto deal works out better if it goes through, but of course there are no guarantees with a young player joining from outside of the Premier League.
West Ham seem to be progressing well in their efforts to land Alberto as one of their priority targets, and it certainly looks like a deal worth pursuing.
The east London club have also been linked with Lille front-man Jonathan David as he nears becoming a free agent this summer.
