We were desperate to see the game out and take all three points at that stage. Bayern managed to equalise after we weren’t switched on at a set piece and then from open play straight after that.I’m incredibly proud that my team came back and kept believing until the final whistle. We spoke this week about wanting to see a reaction. We wanted to see who was ready for such a big game. We were able to bring quality off the bench. I’m really pleased for Yussi after he scored such an important goal.The way we played today gives me confidence ahead of our final two games. We’ll just have to see how many points our rivals pick up. We’ll look to focus on ourselves and will try and take six points from our last two matches.”

  1. “We played really well in the first 45 minutes, so we’re a little bit disappointed in the end. We struggled to deal with the pressure Bayern built up in the second half. We were able to threaten from counter-attacks in the first half but failed to continue to do so after the break. The fact that we carried on believing in ourselves after conceding three goals was nice to see.• This point could prove to be decisive in the end, we don’t know how important it is yet. We now head to Bremen with the aim of winning there. We will most likely need six points from our last two games if we want to achieve our target. I expect everyone to know how important these two matches are.”
