Fresh footage of developments behind the scenes at La Liga giants Barcelona’s Spotify Camp Nou stadium has this week come to the fore online.

This comes with testing for new LED lighting now underway.

Barcelona’s beloved home ground has of course been undergoing renovations for some time now.

Amid efforts to bring the Camp Nou in line with some of football’s most modern stadiums, the Blaugrana brass green-lighted a major makeover, which will see everything from stands to facilities and fan experience upgraded.

The return of Hansi Flick’s squad to the ground has since been pushed back on a whole host of occasions, with some point early next season now looking the most likely comeback date.

And as alluded to above, this week, tests with a view to as much have continued behind the scenes.

In footage captured by Diario Sport, the Camp Nou can be seen lit up in pink and white hues, a potential feature of the ground for the 2025/26 campaign:
