Prospective Roma coach Claudio Ranieri has been spotted arriving at Trigoria, the Giallorossi’s training ground, ahead of his first training session on Thursday afternoon.
The 73-year-old has been chosen as the replacement for Ivan Juric, who was dismissed from his position as head coach on Sunday after less than two months in the role.

Ranieri has reportedly agreed to sign a short-term contract until the end of the 2024-25 season. He will become Roma’s fourth permanent head coach of the calendar year after Jose Mourinho, Daniele De Rossi and Juric.
The former Premier League winner is expected to take his first training session on Thursday afternoon, with an official announcement also expected in due course.
