Charlotte chase historic home-field advantage

Charlotte have been putting on a show all season in front of their home fans in the Queen City. With a record-start in terms of points, they can also make MLS history against the Revolution this weekend.

With a win over  New England, Charlotte would become just the ninth team in the post-shootout era to win at least nine consecutive home matches and the first since FC Cincinnati in 2023.

Andre Blake on pace to cement himself in MLS annals

Philadelphia Union goalkeeper Andre Blake is one of the league's best, and his statistical legacy is beginning to build itself.

With a clean sheet against D.C. United on Saturday, Blake would become the second fastest goalkeeper to reach 80 career clean sheets in MLS history, trailing only Atlanta United goalkeeper Brad Guzan.

Quinn Sullivan showing why he is one of the league's top young talents

We'll stick with the Union, but we turn our attention to midfield starlet Quinn Sullivan. The 21-year-old has been on fire this season with five goal contributions in nine matches, and he is on pace to turn that haul into some Philly history.

With his next goal contribution, Sullivan will pass Jack McInerney for the most goal contributions by a Union player prior to turning 22 years old.

Evander putting up historically efficient numbers

Cincinnati attacker Evander has firmly cemented himself as an MVP candidate in MLS these days after a superb two seasons in Portland. But in Cincinnati so far this season, he is showing why he is so deadly with the ball ay his feet.

Since the start of the 2024 season, only Evander (41 goal contributions) and Inter Miami's Lionel Messi (41) have accumulated more than 40 goal contributions, with the duo sitting five contributions ahead of the next closest players.

The more deeper numbers show just how efficient he has been in attack.
