It’s been a very positive start for Spurs on the pitch, despite frustrations in the transfer market off it, but Bournemouth will pose a significant test.
The Cherries pushed Liverpool all the way on the opening night of the season before shutting up shop to beat Wolves 1-0 last time out - a scoreline which did not reflect their superiority.

Tottenham hope to have Destiny Udogie available this weekend having returned to training following a knee injury picked up during pre-season. The left-back would not start, so Djed Spence will continue to deputise.
Otherwise, it is a case of as you were with James Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski, Radu Dragusin and Kota Takia all sidelined for the foreseeable, while outcasts Manor Solomon and Bryan Gil are not in Frank’s plans.
The same can be said for Bournemouth, who have the same group available as last week. Enes Unal, Julian Araujo and Lewis Cook will not return until next month at the earliest.
This Spurs team already looks transformed compared to the leaky shambles Ange Postecoglou oversaw.
Bournemouth are usually good for a goal - especially away from home - but Spurs' superiority back to front should see them make it three wins from three.
