One of the biggest decisions Real Madrid have to make this summer is concerning the future of forward Rodrygo Goes.
The 24-year-old forward has seen his stock decline in recent months, leading to question marks over his continuity at the Santiago Bernabeu.
There is no shortage of interest in the Brazilian international, with a number of top teams in the Premier League looking at him as a potential target.
Indeed, according to journalist Ramon Alvarez, Tottenham Hotspur have opened talks for Rodrygo this summer, while waiting to see if Liverpool also make a move for him.
The Reds are in the market for more attacking reinforcements and have had Rodrygo on their agenda for a while now.

However, it is unclear if they are willing to spend big on the Real Madrid ace, considering they are also going after the signing of Alexander Isak.
Meanwhile, Tottenham have opened talks for the 24-year-old attacker, hoping to lay the groundwork for the deal.
Rodrygo, for his part, is yet to make a firm decision on his next move and is open to all possibilities at the moment.
As such, it is not entirely ruled out that the former Santos FC wonderkid ends up staying at the Santiago Bernabeu beyond the summer transfer window.
Rodrygo’s current contract with Real Madrid runs until the summer of 2028. Any move is expected to cost around €100 million – a figure that Tottenham will likely be reluctant to meet.
