Fabrizio Romano has reported that in the last 24-48 hours there has been interest from several clubs in Albanian striker Armando Broja.

Broja is one of a number of players expected to leave Chelsea this summer, with the Blues happy for the 22-year-old to move on as he would represent pure profit on their books.

Following Albania’s elimination in the group stages of Euro 2024, Broja now has no distractions and can think about his future before taking a decision on his next move.

Broja future could be decided soon

Broja returned to action for Chelsea last September following a serious knee injury and scored on his first start back against Fulham in October.

However, he struggled to impress during the first half of the season and Chelsea were prepared to sell him in January, but there were no takers at their ambitious £50m asking price.

Broja instead joined Fulham on loan in an attempt to get regular game time and increase his value, but his spell at Craven Cottage was a disaster and he played just 80 minutes of football.

Broja is expected to leave Chelsea this summer.

The Blues are believed to value Broja at around £35m and he has attracted interest from the likes of AC Milan, Wolves and Everton, but nothing has materialised yet.

Romano has now provided an update on Broja saying to keep an eye on the striker as there could be movement soon in regards to his future.

“Keep an eye on Armando Broja,” he said on his YouTube channel.

Chelsea have already signed 18-year-old Barcelona striker Marc Guiu after activating his £5m release clause, but are still believed to be in the market for another striker as they look for competition for Nicolas Jackson, and have recently been linked with a move for Lille’s Jonathan David.
