RESULTS:

FULL TIME! PORTUGAL 1-2 BELGIUM

Video OneFootball

No miracle in Sion, and the Portuguese end up finishing bottom of Group B.

A fine win for Belgium it must be said.

GOOOAL! BELGIUM NICK IT!

Janice Cayman has won it for Belgium in the sixth minute of added time.

It's poor defending from Portugal, and Leicester captain is quickest to react, and thumps home.

FULL TIME! ITALY 1-3 SPAIN

A cracking comeback from the world champions, who just keep on scoring.

They top the group, with Italy in second and qualifying for the knockout stages of the EUROs for the first time since 2013.

That's also two records - the joint-most goals by a side at the group stage (14) and the joint-most goal contributions by a player at the group stage (seven by Putellas).

England and Beth Mead held the records - is that an omen as La Roja look to succeed the Lionesses as European champions?

GOOOOAL! SPAIN SEAL THE WIN!

It's another assist for Putellas, and another goal for Esther González.

A brilliant ball into the box is met by the striker, who smashes the ball home on the second attempt for her fourth goal of the tournament.

GOOOAL! PORTUGAL LEVEL!

It won't lead to qualification, but what a moment regardless.

Telma Encarnacao finishes in fine style to send the Portuguese fans wild.

They now look set to finish in third place, with two draws from three games a reasonable return.

Athletic Club defender Maite Zubieta is on for her first minutes of the tournament.

Montse Tomé has an embarrassment of riches at her disposal.

Italy will take on Norway barring a wild turn of events in the final minutes here.

That could be a very interesting clash.

Spain will face Switzerland if they hold on for the win here.

What a game that will be - the world champions and favourites against the hosts.

The Azzurri then make five changes, with players on bookings going off.

How could that impact the final 15 minutes of this game?

WHAT A SAVE!

Aitana Bonmatí almost gives La Roja that third with a brilliant curled effort that looks to be heading towards the top corner.

Laura Giuliani matches it though with a fantastic save to keep Italy's slim hopes of top spot alive.

Spain are looking to add a third, while Italy seem to know their spot in the quarter-finals is safe.

Just under 20 minutes to go in Group B.

DISALLOWED GOAL FOR BELGIUM!

Wullaert thinks she's added an assist to her goal, curling a great ball towards Mariam Toloba, who strides onto the ball and finishes past Morais.

However, there is a foul in the build up, and it is disallowed after a pitch side check.

A reprieve for Portugal, but it will matter little as time runs out.

CLOSE FOR ITALY!

Sofia Cantore picks the ball up on the left, and takes aim at goal.

Her shot hits off a defender, and only some agile keeping from Nanclares stops Italy from drawing level.

Portugal need to now beat Belgium, and score seven goals to progress. Easy.

It was the scorer of the first goal, Athenea del Castillo, who set up the second with a mazy run in from the right which the Italians could not deal with, allowing the ball to fall to Guijarro.

GOOOOOAL! SPAIN TURN IT AROUND!

Four minutes into the second half, and La Roja are ahead for the first time.

Patricia Guijarro is the scorer, striking home from the edge of the box.

It looks to have come off the Barcelona midfielder's shin, but it's a fine finish nonetheless.

BACK UNDER WAY!

Big 45 to go.

HALF TIME!

As things stand, Spain are going through as group winners, with Italy in second place.

While they can still qualify with a serious turnaround in scorelines, Portugal are currently bottom of Group B.

BIG CHANCE!

Oh, Portugal might well live to regret these missed chances.

Ana Capeta is put through on goal with a fantastic ball from skipper Carole Costa, but can't lift the ball over the on-rushing Belgian goalkeeper Lisa Lichtfus.

She had options to her left too...

Italy are ending the half better, which is impressive given how Spain had taken over.

Barbara Bonansea is almost through on goal, but Nanclares sweeps the ball.

The Azzurri are more than in the fight for top spot.

Diana Gomes flashes a shot agonisingly wide of the post, and then is booked for a late tackle on Jassina Blom.

A frustrating night for Portugal so far.

Since Italy scored, it has been all Spain.

There are players out here looking to make a point ahead of the knockout stages.

GOOOOAL! SPAIN EQUALISE!

Italy's lead lasted just three minutes as the world champions roar back.

It's a lovely goal, with Athenea del Castillo playing a one-two with Alexia Putellas before finishing into the top corner from the edge of the box.

As things stand, the Azzurri are top of the group.

GOOOOAL! ITALY GO AHEAD!

Now that changes things.

Moments after Elena Linari hits the woodwork, Elisabetta Oliviero pounces on the ball after a mistake from Mariona Caldentey, and hammers the ball past Adriana Nanclares.

GOAL! BELGIUM INTO THE LEAD!

They score with their second chance and it's a nightmare start for Portugal, who trail after just three minutes.

Tessa Wullaert is the scorer, with the Belgium skipper being the first to react to a low cross into the box.

That will be music to the ears of the Italians in Bern.

CLOSE!

The first chance of the night goes to Belgium's Justine Vanhaevermaet, who glances a header just wide of Patrcia Morais' post.

KICK OFF!

And we're under way in Bern and Sion.

Who will join Spain in the knockout stage?

And here is Portugal!

Belgium have named their lineup!

Elsewhere in Sion, Portugal will need to win and hope for a six-goal swing in the two games to overtake Italy and make it to the last eight.

They take on a Belgium side who twice pegged back Spain before losing 6-2. The Red Devils will fancy their chances tonight, and will want to sign off their campaign in style.

Spain and Italy meet with top spot on the line, but with only the world champions guaranteed of their place in the quarter-finals.

Could Azzurri cause an upset in Bern and leapfrog them?
