In a popular Reddit post, Aaron Ramsdale is pictured sticking out his tongue to Everton player Beto. In the match, Beto scored a goal which was disallowed through VAR. So, fans have put two and two together, assuming that Ramsdale was taunting the unfortunate Everton player.

Of course, it is easy to assume this, given Aaron Ramsdale's character. He is never shy to back away from the dark arts of the game, inflicting his humorous personality during moments of the match.

Southampton fans hope that the clean sheet from Aaron Ramsdale was the first of many. After all, he is clearly an exceptional shot-stopper, so he is capable of many more great performances going forward.

At Arsenal, Aaron Ramsdale fell out of favour after David Raya was signed initally on loan from Brentford. Given the Spanish goalkeeper was ultimately signed permanently, Aaron Ramsdale had no choice but to seek a new club and a new adventure.

The opening for a Southampton goalkeeper came at the right time. Aaron Ramsdale accepted the challenge to operate between the sticks as a Saint. Now, the £25m investment is beginning to pay off.

Next up, Southampton face Wolves in the Premier League. It is a great opportunity to capitalise on facing the team rock bottom of the league table. With another win in the Premier League, Southampton would move an invaluable step closer out of the relegation zone.

Avoiding relegation is the objective for Southampton's season. Aaron Ramsdale is no stranger to this objective, during his earlier career before joining Arsenal.
