Marcus Rashford has had a difficult time for Manchester United in recent years, and AC Milan could be a way out for the Englishman.
Since emerging onto the scene, Rashford has enjoyed spells of greatness often overshadowed by periods of struggle. It was hoped that things might change under Ruben Amorim, but the winger now seems closer to the exit than he ever has before.
Rashford’s ability is there for all to see, but the issue is the consistency of it, and a move away from the Premier League could restart his career, an opportunity. As has often been reported, Milan are keeping an eye out for any opportunities, and the winger’s situation represents one.
It was reported yesterday that the Manchester outfit have ‘offered’ the winger on loan to the Rossoneri, and today Sky Sport (via Francesco Nasato) have added more information to the situation.
According to the report, contact could begin in the next few days between the two clubs to ‘delve deeper’ into the potential situation. At this point, his salary is expected to be the big stalling point, but the report suggests that the situation ‘would change’ if Manchester United are willing to pay some of his salary, which is seemingly a possibility.
