Signe Bruun set to leave Lyon 'in favour of' return to WSL | OneFootball

A familiar name may be returning to the Women’s Super League as ex-Manchester United player Signe Bruun considers a return.

According to a new report from Tom Garry at the Telegraph, the current Olympique Lyonnais forward will leave the club at the end of the season.

Bruun is catching the eye of clubs in Germany, Italy and England though she reportedly “favours a move” back to the WSL despite only making seven appearances for Manchester United.

Reports in January from the BCC claimed Arsenal were keen to sign the Denmark international.

A key figure for Lyon this year across all competitions, Bruun has registered nine goals and two assists this season.
