Sheffield United absolutely cruised into the Championship play-off final, thrashing Bristol City 6-0 on aggregate – the biggest win ever in play-off history.
They wrapped things up with another 3-0 win on Monday night, thanks to goals from Kieffer Moore, Gustavo Hamer and Callum O´Hare - on top of the same scoreline they got in the first leg at Ashton Gate.
Moore got things going just before half-time, nodding in a cracking in-swinging corner from Harrison Burrows.
Not long after the restart, Hamer doubled the lead when a corner was played out to him on the edge of the box - his shot took a big deflection off Ross McCrorie and looped in past Max O'Leary.
Then Tyrese Campbell whipped in a cross from the left, Burrows dummied it nicely, and O’Hare fired it past O'Leary to cap off the win.
The Blades are off to Wembley on Saturday 24th May, where they’ll take on either Sunderland or Coventry City in the final.
