Several Premier League clubs interested in loan move for Bayern Munich’s João Palhinha | OneFootball

A number of Premier League clubs are interested in Bayern Munich’s João Palhinha, according to The Mail Sport.

The Portuguese midfielder has struggled for a starting XI place since his move from Fulham in 2024. This was partially due to injuries and tough competition in his position.

Despite the interest from various Premier League clubs, Palhinha would rather stay in Bavaria and fight for his place in the team.

With Bayern looking to make a number of sales this window, they are willing to listen to offers despite the player’s wishes.

Palhinha’s former employer, Fulham, are interested in an initial loan for the midfielder, but so will a number of other clubs. Prior to his move to Fulham, Wolves were another Premier League club interested in the midfielder’s services.

One sticking point for Fulham and clubs such as Wolves would be the player’s high salary demands, which he has at Bayern.

As per TransferMarkt, Palhinha’s current value is €30m and is contracted until 2028.
