Milan drop Christian Pulisic for a more traditional line-up with Rafael Leao, Joao Felix and Santiago Gimenez for the rescheduled trip to Bologna.
It kicks off at the Stadio Dall’Ara at 19.45 GMT.
This Week 9 fixture was originally set for October 2024, but called off due to flood warnings in the area and could only be rescheduled now after Milan’s Champions League play-off exit.
Both teams are locked together in joint seventh place on 41 points, so it is a big match for their ambitions this season.
Kyle Walker, Emerson Royal, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Alessandro Florenzi are still out of action, so Alex Jimenez steps in at right-back for the Rossoneri.
The so-called Fantastic Four system has faltered in its first few attempts, so Pulisic is dropped to the bench.
It means Joao Felix starts for the sixth game in a row, flanked by Tijjani Reijnders and Rafael Leao in support of Gimenez.
Youssouf Fofana also comes back in midfield after two consecutive matches on the bench, joined by the versatile Yunus Musah.

Bologna are missing Emil Holm and Estanis Pedrola, seeing their positive run of form ended by a surprise 2-0 defeat away to Parma.
That was their first loss of 2025, which included eliminating Atalanta to reach the Coppa Italia semi-final.
It is a special game for ex-Milan captain Davide Calabria, who joined Bologna in the January transfer window, but he is rested along with another former Rossoneri player in Tommaso Pobega.
Dan Ndoye, Giovanni Fabbian and Benjamin Dominguez therefore support Santiago Castro.
