Sancho summit with Manchester United confirms reason for Roma delay | OneFootball

Jadon Sancho and his agents held a two-hour summit with Manchester United, confirming the hesitation to accept Roma is not a financial matter, nor a definitive one.

The player and his representatives were called to the offices by the Old Trafford side and informed of what we already knew, which is that Manchester United have accepted the offer put forward by Roma.

The meeting confirmed that, despite what has been rumoured, there are no problems regarding the commission, salary, or other financial matters.

That was never the concern for Sancho, who is quite understandably confused and wants to take all the time he can to make a fundamental decision on the next step in his career.

He had wanted this Premier League experience to end in a different way, especially after the formula of the loan move to Chelsea last summer.

This is why Roma are prepared to continue waiting for Sancho and have not yet gone in for any other wide attacking players, at least not yet.
