Russell Martin provides update on injured Southampton pair | OneFootball

Southampton boss Russell Martin has revealed that both Aaron Ramsdale and Jan Bednarek will be absent for "a number of weeks" after picking up injuries over the international break.

Ramsdale pulled out of the England squad to undergo surgery on a broken finger, while Bednarek suffered knee ligament damage on international duty with Poland.

And Martin is expected to be without them for some time, with the hope that Ramsdale recovers this side of Christmas, while Bednarek is a couple of weeks ahead of his teammate and could be available in the next month.
