Serie A side Roma are keen to sign Ajax’s Devyne Rensch are all but set to increase their offer for the Dutchman.
The 21-year-old’s current contract at Ajax runs out in the summer and there are no signs for a renewal. That is what Roma are trying to capitalise on.
Corriere dello Sport report today that Roma’s initial offer was at 5 million, but the Dutch club rejected it promptly as they want about €9 million to €10 million for him.
In the meantime, Florent Ghisolfi has reached an agreement over personal terms with the full-back, who will sign a deal that will expire in the summer of 2029.
Now, Roma’s goal is to offer about €2 million more and they are set to make a renewed attempt soon. They are keen on signing the player, who has played 13 times in the Eredivisie this season and looks to be on his way out of the club.
