Roma could pursue Koni De Winter of Genoa ahead of next season.

The defender had been linked with the club already last year.

However, talks never took off and De Winter remained in Liguria.

Now, however, Roma have renewed their interest in the ex-Juventus man.

According to Il Messaggero, De Winter is on Roma’s shortlist to replace Mario Hermoso.

Genoa, however, are unlikely to let go of him before the January transfer deadline, thus it is more probable to see him move to the capital in the summer.
