Roma continues to work on the transfer market to complete their attacking department.

The Claudio Echeverri deal has become more complicated but the saga isn’t over yet.

As Il Corriere della Sera reports, the Argentine is still pushing to join the Giallorossi, but Manchester City are only open to a loan deal, a deal Roma aren’t too keen on.

This is why the new option could be a loan with an option to buy set at €33 million and a buyback clause of €40 million.

This would allow Guardiola’s club to maintain control of the 2006-born player.
