Inter Milan are reportedly unsure of which position on the pitch to spend on in the last couple weeks of the transfer window.
This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews. They report that the Nerazzurri have around €40 million more to invest in the market.
Inter Milan have already made a few signings this summer.
The Nerazzurri have brought in midfielder Petar Sucic, wingback Luis Henrique, and striker Ange-Yoan Bonny.
However, Inter have been quiet in the market for the past several weeks. At least in terms of actually getting deals done.
Inter have been strongly linked with a move for Atalanta’s Ademola Lookman for a month. They have reportedly gone as high as €45 million with their bids for the Nigerian.
Meanwhile, this past week Inter reportedly made an offer for Roma midfielder Manu Kone.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Inter still aren’t quite sure where they’re going to make a signing.
There are a number of possibilities. Signing a forward or a holding a midfielder would both be potential options.
But on the other hand, Inter could also decide to sign a defender. They have already missed out on the likes of Koni De Winter and Giovanni Leoni.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Inter have around €40 million left to spend.
However, the broadcaster report, the Nerazzurri still haven’t made a firm decision on where to invest it. They will wait to see what opportunities open up before deadline day.
