Chelsea have entered into negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain to sign Randal Kolo Muani this summer according to reports in France.

The Blues have already signed Liam Delap from Ipswich for £30m, with more new faces expected to follow the striker into Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea are in the market for a centre back, left winger and versatile forward to strengthen Enzo Maresca’s squad ahead of the new campaign.

A striker was always the main priority, but the Blues are also in the market for a versatile forward to cover multiple positions in attack.

Another centre forward could be a possibility with uncertainty continuing to build around the future of Nicolas Jackson.

Jackson is reportedly attracting interest from Italian giants Juventus, and French outlet L’Equipe via GFFN have reported the Blues are in negotiations for Kolo Muani.

The report adds the Blues want to add another centre forward to their squad and the 26-year-old is an option being considered.

Chelsea have previously been linked with Kolo Muani, who is currently on loan at Juventus, with the Italian giants wanting to keep the France international.

Kolo Muani scored eight goals in 16 Serie A appearances last season, but it’s unclear what PSG’s asking price would be.

Hugo Ekitike a target

With Kolo Muani seemingly of interest to Chelsea, they also like Frankfurt forward Hugo Ekitike, although the €100m asking price is a stumbling block.

It’s been reported there’s a belief amongst English clubs he could leave for less, with Liverpool and Manchester United also interested.

Ekitike scored 22 goals in all competitions last season, but unless the asking price drops it’s unlikely he’ll be playing his football at Stamford Bridge next season.

Chelsea also have interest in Brighton’s Joao Pedro and West Ham’s Mohammed Kudus, but are yet to make an official offer for either.
