Sao Paulo's MorumBIS has hit a notable attendance milestone this Brasileirão season, surpassing 300,000 spectators after their recent match against Corinthians, according to Arquibancada Tricolor. The latest figures come after 47,964 fans turned out to watch Sao Paulo secure victory in the derby, bumping the club’s total home attendance to 301,160 across eight league fixtures.

That level of support translates to an average of 37,645 per match in MorumBIS, underscoring the enduring draw of Sao Paulo’s fixtures even as the club navigates the usual ebbs and flows of a demanding domestic campaign. Financially, these crowds have made a clear impact: Sao Paulo’s home matches have generated R$16,330,494 in gross revenue, averaging R$2,041,311.75 per game.

With the next MorumBIS fixture scheduled for Sunday, the club will look to build on both its on-field momentum—spurred by recent key performances from the likes of Luciano and Rafael—and its off-field ability to attract consistently strong attendances. The uptick is particularly significant given the team’s uneven form so far this season, highlighting the ongoing enthusiasm of the fanbase.

Supporters have continued to fill the stands in expectation of improvement, boosting the side as they chase higher table positions and aim for steadier results. For the players and coaching staff, such backing offers both added motivation and a reminder of the high expectations surrounding every home outing at MorumBIS.
