European champions remain without host of key players
Real Madrid are this week looking to progress into the Champions League last 16 at the expense of Manchester City.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side are favourites after Madrid overcame City 3-2 in the first leg, having staged yet another late comeback in this competition.
The European champions remain beset by injuries, although Ancelotti has previously sounded hopeful that both Antonio Rudiger and David Alaba would return for the second leg of the City tie.
Still, both defenders sat out of the 1-1 draw with Osasuna in which Jude Bellingham was sent off for comments made to the match official.
The England international, however, will be available for Wednesday’s game against the Premier League giants.
