To that end, a recent report from AS (h/t RM4Arab) has offered an important update on Courtois’ fitness, suggesting that the Belgian could be back in time for Real Madrid’s next match.

Real Madrid’s next game will be played on October 19, as the reigning champions travel to Balaidos to face Celta Vigo.

The report affirms that Courtois will be available to feature in that game, meaning he should replace Andriy Lunin in between the sticks.

This could prove to be a massive boost for Real Madrid, as Courtois has proven to be a key player for the club time and time again.

Indeed, the reigning European champions will face tough contests against Celta Vigo, Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona after the international break.
