PSG are reportedly in the mix to sign Rodrygo, with Chelsea and Arsenal also said to have monitored the Real Madrid winger’s situation closely.
Real Madrid were expected to overhaul their squad this summer, which could have involved moving on from some key players from their Champions League-winning campaign. Rodrygo was among the high-profile names that drew serious interest.
Fichajes reported that Madrid would have considered selling the Brazilian if they received an offer of around €100 million. The club aimed to reinforce both the midfield and back line, and a major sale like Rodrygo’s could have helped fund those moves.

On Wednesday, Fichajes reported that Rodrygo, for his part, doesn’t rule out a change of scenery if it means being a key player in an ambitious new project.
Early talks have reportedly already taken place in London, with the English club ready to make an offer that would meet Real Madrid’s expectations. While Valdebebas isn’t pushing for his exit, the club wouldn’t oppose a deal that brings in funds and helps reinforce the squad.
Whether the move happens will depend on a few things, including the player’s stance and the formal proposal Arsenal submit. If a deal goes through, Arsenal would be landing a young player with big-game experience and clear upside. Back in Madrid, there’s a growing sense that his time at the club might be winding down.
According to a previous report from Sports Zone, Madrid no longer viewed Rodrygo as untouchable. His representatives had reportedly been in contact with Arsenal, Manchester City, and Liverpool, while PSG were also said to have held talks but approached the situation more cautiously.
Diario AS‘ Eduardo Burgos reported that Real Madrid will reportedly demand €100 million to sell Rodrygo this summer, with Arsenal and Chelsea both showing interest in the Brazilian winger.
