Sky Germany reports that RB Leipzig are in negotiations with Wolves over a potential move for striker Fabio Silva.
The Portuguese striker, who spent last season on loan at Las Palmas, is also a target for Borussia Dortmund, who had offered him a five-year contract. However, Leipzig have reached a verbal agreement with Silva over a move as they look for a replacement for Benjamin Seško.
Leipzig are now in negotiations with Wolves over the transfer fee. The Premier League side are currently demanding €25-30m, which is too much for the Germans, but the two clubs are in negotiations.
Simultaneously, Leipzig are also in negotiations with Göztepe for Brazilian striker Romulo. The Turkish side is also demanding €25m, which the Bundesliga club does not want to pay. However, in this scenario, Leipzig also faces competition from Fulham, West Ham and Nottingham Forest.
Former Leipzig player Christopher Nkunku is also considered a potential option; however, a loan seems the only feasible option, due to his high wages.
