Rangers captain Tav hilariously reacts to Cyriel Dessers coming on | OneFootball

Rangers face Celtic in an (obviously) must-win League Cup final at Hampden, and manager Philippe Clement once again can call upon Danilo and Ianis Hagi as options.

But captain James Tavernier may be hoping Nigeria’s Cyriel Dessers isn’t among the possibilities if this video is anything to go by after the RB was seen looking exasperated and seemingly mouthing f*** under his breath while the striker came on v Tottenham.

As you can see, Tav doesn’t look best pleased to see his team mate arrive, after himself putting in one of his best European shifts to date for the Famous against Ange Postecoglou’s badly-ailing side.

Does this mean Tav really doesn’t rate Dessers?

Was this a reaction about something else?

Who knows, but if Dessers’ own team mates are his biggest fans these days, it only enhances the exclusive we brought you some days ago about the former Feyenoord striker being on his way out of Ibrox.
