Portsmouth sign Bristol City midfielder Bull on loan | OneFootball

Portsmouth have completed the signing of Bristol City midfielder Jasmine Bull on a loan deal for the remainder of the season.

Pompey announced the news via a post on their official club website last night.

The 22-year-old joined Bristol City in 2021 and she has proved to be a useful squad player for The Robins. Bull has made just short of 50 appearances for Bristol City while she was a member of the squad that won the Barclays Women’s Championship title in 2022/2023. The youngster got her first taste of top flight football last season. Bull made nine appearances for Bristol City in the Barclays Women’s Super League.

Bull has been involved for Bristol City this season, however, she probably hasn’t played as many minutes as she would’ve liked. The midfielder will now be hoping to make a significant contribution towards loan club Portsmouth’s battle to stay in the Barclays Women’s Championship.

The Scotland Under-23 international is Portsmouth’s first signing of the January transfer window. She could be in-line to make her Pompey debut when the club play host to promotion hopefuls Birmingham City at Westleigh Park on Sunday afternoon. Portsmouth are bottom of the Barclays Women’s Championship table after collecting two points from their 10 matches so far.
