Porto strike agreement to sign OGC Nice’s Pablo Rosario | OneFootball

Pablo Rosario (28) has been edging towards the exit at OGC Nice all summer. For a portion of the summer, amid talks with other clubs, the midfielder trained separately. However, a move did not take form, and so the chances of him remaining increased.

As a result, he rejoined first-team training last week and even came off the bench in a 3-1 win over AJ Auxerre last weekend. However, that now looks to have been Rosario’s last game for Le Gym. Following that win, Franck Haise could not confirm that the player would remain, should interest reignite.

And that is what has come to pass. Fabrizio Romano understands that Portuguese side FC Porto have reached an agreement in principle with Nice to sign the midfielder. Rosario himself has also approved the move to Porto, where he is set to sign a three-year deal. His medical is scheduled to take place within the next two days.
