Nicola Zalewski is set to make his full debut for Inter Milan in Saturday’s Serie A match against Cagliari.

This according to Italian outlet Gazzetta.it. They also report that the likes of Davide Frattesi, Kristjan Asllani, and Marko Arnautovic will start as well.

Inter Milan take on Cagliari in Serie A on Saturday evening.

And Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi will feel that he must balance the match with the Nerazzurri’s Champions League quarterfinal tie against Bayern Munich.

Therefore, reports the Gazzetta, there will be some notable squad rotation from the Inter coach.

The most significant name on the Inter teamsheet could be that of Nicola Zalewski.

The Gazztta report that the 23-year-old will make his first ever start for the Nerazzurri against Cagliari. He joined on loan from Roma during the January transfer window.

And according to the Gazzetta, Zalewski will get the nod on the right flank.

The Polish internationakl will replace Matteo Darmian at wingback. The former Manchester United and Torino defender has started four matches in a row for Inter, and requires a rest.

Meanwhile, on the left flank, reports the Gazzetta, Carlos Augusto will start.

In defense, Stefan de Vrij will start for the Nerazzurri. Two out of Yann Bisseck, Benjamin Pavard, and Alessandro Bastoni will play either side of the Dutchman in the back three.

And then in midfield, the Gazzetta report that both Davide Frattesi and Kristjan Asllani will get rare starts.

Lastly, the Gazzetta anticipate, Marcus Thuram will get a rest in attack.

Therefore, either Marko Arnautovic or Joaquin Correa will partner Lautaro Martinez in attack. And according to the Gazzetta, it is Arnautovic who looks the strong favourite to do so.
