Newcastle United will face off against Leeds United at Elland Road this Saturday evening as they look to earn a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Magpies suffered a tough 3-2 loss against Liverpool on Monday night which has drained their confidence ahead of this game.
Eddie Howe will opt for the 4-3-3 formation and is expected to make some tweaks to his first team for this contest. William Osula, Malick Thiaw and Lewis Miley could all play from the start of this game versus the Yorkshire outfit.
Nick Pope will continue to feature in goal for the Magpies after shipping in a couple of goals in his last outing. Malick Thiaw will function alongside Dan Burn at the centre of the Newcastle backline as they look to keep the opposition at bay during the 90 minutes.
Kieran Trippier will try to catch the eye as the right-back, while Tino Livramento hopes to prove his worth on the other side as the left-back. Howe would allow both of them to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.
Lewis Hall and Sven Botman will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Harvey Barnes will try to give a good account of himself as the left-sided wide player while Anthony Elanga get the nod to operate as the right-winger.
William Osula came off the bench to score a late equaliser versus Liverpool. He is expected to be rewarded with a start this weekend following Anthony Gordon’s three-match suspension.
Jacob Murphy will be available for selection on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages if needed.
