Orel Mangala departs Forest on initial expensive loan | OneFootball

Nottingham Forest midfielder Orel Mangala has completed his loan move to Ligue 1 outfit Lyon.

The Belgian will join on an initial loan fee which Lyon will pay £10m for as well as having a guaranteed purchase option which is set at an additional £20m.

Reports also indicate that £3m in potential bonuses are accounted for in Forest’s favour as well as a 10% sell-on clause.

The 25-year-old moved to the City Ground from Stuttgart in 2022 and made over 50 appearances for the Trentsiders.
