Michael O'Neill has named his 26-man Northern Ireland squad for the upcoming World Cup 2026 qualifiers against Luxembourg and Germany.
The squad shows a few tweaks from the group selected for June’s friendlies with Denmark and Iceland, with three players making their way back in.
Bailey Peacock-Farrell, now on loan at Blackpool from Birmingham City, returns between the sticks after missing the last camp.
Bolton skipper Eoin Toal is also recalled, having shaken off the injuries that ruled him out of the past two international windows. And in-form Stevenage striker Jamie Reid earns a spot after a lively start to the League One season.
There are some concerns though. Conor Bradley has been included despite not yet kicking a ball for Liverpool this season - the young full-back is still working his way back from a hamstring issue. Sheffield Wednesday keeper Pierce Charles is another who makes the squad despite fitness doubts, having picked up a shoulder injury at the weekend.
Northern Ireland kick off their qualifying campaign away to Luxembourg on Thursday 4 September (7.45pm BST) before facing a tough trip to Cologne to meet Germany three days later, on Sunday 7 September (7.45pm BST).
