An insight into the latest developments at the training ground of La Liga champions Barcelona has on Tuesday been forthcoming online.

This comes amid confirmation of a fresh face having linked up with Hansi Flick’s squad at The Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.

The player in question? Marcus Rashford.

Frontman Rashford is of course set to be unveiled as a new Barcelona player at any moment, after the Blaugrana over the weekend agreed on the terms of a season-long loan with Manchester United.

And though an official announcement regarding his signing is yet to actually arrive, the 27-year-old, as alluded to above, has already linked up with his new teammates.

As per a report from Diario Sport:

‘Marcus Rashford has gone to the Ciutat Esportiva accompanied by the club’s security staff and has stepped on the pitch for the first time to begin his adaptation and familiarise himself with Hansi Flick’s working method.’

Again absent from proceedings in Catalunya’s capital on Tuesday morning, on the other hand, was Marc-André ter Stegen.

Still suffering with a niggling back complaint, the transfer-linked shot-stopper is continuing to train separately from the rest of Hansi Flick’s ranks.
