Official: Terracciano joins Milan on a one-year deal with an option to extend until 2027

Pietro Terracciano is Milan’s new second-choice goalkeeper.
After selling Marco Sportiello to Atalanta, Milan moved to secure their new back up for Mike Maignan and they got the 35-year-old Terracciano to complete the ranks at the ‘keepers department.
The official announcement was made on Friday:
Milan is delighted to announce that Pietro Terracciano is joining the Club on a permanent basis. The Italian goalkeeper has signed a contract with the Rossoneri until 30 June 2026. An extension until 30 June 2027 may be triggered, provided various clauses are met.
“Born in San Felice a Cancello on 8 March 1990, Terracciano started out playing youth football for Avellino. During his career, he has played for Nocerina, Milazzo, Catania and Empoli, before joining Fiorentina. He went on to make 156 appearances for the Viola.
“Pietro Terracciano will wear the number 1 shirt.”
