West Ham United have announced that France international centre-back Kurt Zouma (30) will leave the Hammers upon the expiry of his contract. The 2021 Champions League winner with Chelsea FC spent the 2024-2025 season on loan with Saudi Pro League side Al-Orobah. Zouma was allowed to leave his parent club in his final contract year. Zouma made 103 appearances with the East London side, scoring six goals and captaining the team during the 2023/2024 campaign, after Declan Rice’s departure to Arsenal.

Zouma was part of the West Ham squad that went on to win the 2023 UEFA Conference League in Prague, under the tutelage of David Moyes. “West Ham United would like to acknowledge Kurt’s contribution to our historic European success and thank him for his commitment and hard work in Claret and Blue“, said West Ham United in their press release. Aaron Cresswell, Łukasz Fabiański, Vladimír Coufal and Danny Ings will also leave the London Stadium this summer.
